Next tribute goes to Captain Jack Sparrow, for a performance so engaging and accurate as he staggered around, that it wouldn't be a surprise if that bottle contained real rum. This guy, when came down to asking to get a picture, just mumbled incoherently like the actual Jack Sparrow. For his performance, this guy gets a tribute from me for his cosplay.
